1 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

All warranties will not cover defect or damages resulting from:
- Unauthorised modifications, alterations, repairs and/or improper installation
- Usage not in accordance with the operation instructions manual
- Wear and tear including rust, dents, scratches, corrosion, discoloration, lack of maintenance, grease fires, use of abrasive and chemical cleaners
- Accident, hostile environment, mishandling, negligence, abuse and/or other calamities whether caused by nature or negligence
Note: Gas cylinder, hose, regulator, clips and base are not included within the scope of the warranty programs.
How to claim:
Please make sure you retain a copy of your proof of purchase (Fyregrill customer receipt or KAG Trading purchase order).
If you wish to make a claim, please contact support@fyregrill.sg with more information and picture(s) of defect or damage along with a copy of your proof of purchase (receipt) as soon as possible (within the valid warranty date).
We will then assess whether the product is defective due to the manufacturer’s fault. Components that are defective due to the manufacturer’s fault shall be rectified. Defects and damages arising from improper use, unauthorised modifications, wear and tear (see list above) will not be covered by the warranty.
