With Chinese New Year around the corner, join us as we’ll be firing up our grills to show you how you can make your own perfectly caramelised BBQ pork (char siu), roast pork with crackling and Chinese-style crispy skinned roast duck at home for your family and guests.

Introduction to Grilling

Duration: 2 hours 


New to grilling or owning a grill? The class is designed for people who want to learn more about grilling and BBQ grills prior to buying one as well as those who are getting started on their grilling journey. Our Grill Master will show you how to set up and use a charcoal/gas grill effectively, and cook several basic BBQ dishes. You’ll also have plenty of opportunity to ask any questions you may have during the class.

Basics of Barbecue

Duration: 3 hours


Whether you’re just starting out or have some grilling/BBQ experience, you will have a great time picking up additional tips to master the art of grilling. In this class, participants will learn techniques to cook different proteins in various sizes and how to put a BBQ platter together.

Advanced Techniques of Barbecue

Duration: 4 hours

For experienced grillers who want to expand their skillset and get into smoking their food, this class will cover brining, hot and cold smoking, and the use of different types of charcoal. Participants will learn to cook hot smoked beef short rib, hot smoked pulled pork, brisket burnt ends and cold smoked duck breast to understand the different techniques used to achieve the textures, flavors and results you want.


  • 3-hour hot smoked beef short rib

Ultimate Beef Brisket Smoking Course (2 days)

Duration: 6 hours (day 1 – 2 hours, day 2 – 4 hours)

Often called the Holy Grail of Texan-style barbecue, smoking a beef brisket low and slow (over 12 hours) is a daunting task even for experienced BBQers. As brisket is a tough cut of meat, it requires hours of slow cooking to get meat tender and flavorful. In this class, we’ll look at the main variables that will affect your cooking time and process from picking and preparing the meat to selecting your wood to using the right smoking setup.


  • Texas-style brisket (approx 3.5kg)
  • Smoked pork burnt ends (2nd day)
