Master Your Charcoal Grill

Whether you’ve your own grill or use a grill at your condo or local park, this class is designed for people who want to learn the basics of building a charcoal fire and design a cooking area for optimal cooking. Our Grill Master will cover the different types of charcoal, show you how to set up a charcoal grill for direct and indirect cooking, and demonstrate how to grill a steak.

Master Your Gas Grill

Duration: 1 hour

New to grilling or just bought a gas grill? The class is designed for people who want to learn more about setting up a gas grill for effective and optimal cooking. Our Grill Master will show you how to set up a gas grill for direct and indirect cooking, clean up and maintenance. The demo will include roasting a chicken and grilling a steak.

Basic Grilling Techniques (Gas or charcoal*)

Whether you’re just starting out or have some grilling/BBQ experience, you will have a great time picking up additional tips to master the art of grilling. This class will focus on grilling techniques and how to evaluate the food you’re planning to cook and what techniques to apply. *This class will be taught using a gas grill by default. Do let us know in advance if you prefer to learn using a charcoal grill as it will take an additional 30 mins to set up.

Smoking Hot & Fast

For experienced grillers who want to expand their skillset and create smoke flavor on their food. This class will touch on the main four categories of smoke (grease, wood, herbs, exotic), how the size of the wood pieces affect the smoking process, the color of smoke, controlling the amount of smoke and the duration of the smoking process.

Learn To Breakdown Chicken & Duck

Chinese-style Roast Meats

Learn to make smoky-sweet char siu and crispy pork belly (siew yok) on the grill. Master the basic marinades and grilling techniques and give these dishes your own spin by adapting the recipes to suit your own taste. While waiting for the BBQ pork and crispy pork to cook, we’ll make Singapore’s favorite style of grilled BBQ honey chicken wings.

Grill With Your Buddies

Duration: 4 hours

Gather a group of friends for a private cooking class and grill up a feast with guidance provided by our in-house grill master/chef. After the class, you and your friends can tuck into the grilled seafood and meat dishes in our private dining room.
